I am writing to bring to your attention an issue regarding the activation charges I have paid for the Jio connection. The details of the payment are as follows:
1. 02-08-2024 for Rs 5207
2. 23-08-2024 for Rs 293
Despite completing the payment for the activation of my Jio connection, the service has not been provided by you. After multiple follow-ups with customer care, I have not received any resolution, and hence, I have requested the refund of the activation charges paid
its been almost 180 days of the request
