Vodafone is activating different services without asking me and deducting amount from the balance.
From yesterday and today i lost Rs. 29 ( 21 yesterday and 1+7 today). after i lost the first Rs. 22+ Rs. 1 i have contacted the customer care and they told me that they are not responsible for activating such services. After a long conversation, the customer care executive told me that he has given back the amount to my balance. After sometime I got just Rs. 9. Again i contacted and they told it will not happen anymore and they have blocked such services from my number. Even after all this happened around 2 hours back again another service got activated and Rs. 7 has been deducted . So i kindly request to do all the needful and I demand a compensation of Rs. 5000 towards loss of my Valuable time which i have spend for this problem from today evening.
