i have three VI connection which nos. are 9871564520, 9968091435 and 9711166426.
november last i received a call from your one agent Ashish which was no.9873083679. he told the family plan from VI, he told that i will given postpaid the family pack which is rent 299, 99 and 99, i agreed this offer and converted three nos. but after the one months, my bill was raised the rent 399,199 and 199. i have compliant the vodafone center . he cheated me this manner, vi company dont action the agent till now and not told regarding my plan, kindly change the my all nos. in prepaid. and the against the agent.
