Hi,
I am using a ACT in Bangalore for the past just 15 days. Previously i used in Chennai and services are too good.If i made any complaint with in a day they fix the issue.
So i choose ACT in Bangalore also. i am staying in MADIWALA. Internet not coming properly even after i am using 4 days itself. With in 15 days i made a complaint exactly 7 times . They told there is an wire problem in your area .
Like that they told whenever i am calling. I asked to arrange some electrician to fix the issue. They told it will fix today like that they saying 7 days . Still no one is coming and fixing the issue . One of the worst service. I paid for 3 months .
