I have taken a one year of subscription of ACTfibrenet in which it was mentioned that if i will relocate in the city they will provide shifting service on nominal charges.
I have shifted to a new lication now in hyderabad ( after using act for more than 9 months)
I have raised a ticket before shifting only today is 6th day i have made 60+ calls
Customer care is saying we are escalating but nothing is happening.
Our work is getting impacted a lot because of this.
I want to now discontinue ACTfibrenet forever but help other to know their worst service.
