I live in Masjid Banda, Kondapur. Internet link (by ACT Fibernet) has been down since 01 Aug 2019, 4:30 PM IST. I have called them 4-5 times and received the same answer – “We understand your concern and the same has been forwarded to our technical team”. There is no information when the link will be up again. The customer support executives have no concrete information about the reality on the ground. I think that they don’t have any proper guidance or training in customer communication.

Very frustrating experience. I am their customer since 2012/2013.

  1. This is very awful to say that why I am paying money I don’t know. I am trying to switch another network, but I have good relationship with ACT Fiber that’s why I am connected. Every month there is 4 complaints about internet connection, why this is happening I don’t know. At every emergency work your Internet won’t work. I am very unhappy with your service. Since two days I am not able to use internet. Please check.
