I purchased 6 + 1 months of Internet service from ACT FiberNet. Speed purchased is for 100 mbps and they used to give only 20 mbps Wi-Fi . Almost 1 month I used to create the ticket and they used to close the tickets without resolving. After one month I opted for disconnecting of service. They disconnected the service. However, they have not refunded my amount and keep closing the refund ticket, wiver ticket irresponsibly. They dont maintain the confidentiality also. They will be keep sharing personal contact details to all the ACT Technicians (numerous technicians), ACT Staffs, etc. They will be keep texting from different numbers. Technicians will be coming keep knocking the door without taking permission before visiting house. All the tickets they have closed without resolving
