Internet down on 07-Jun-2020, raised the complaint and promised to resolve it within 48Hrs but internet is still down. No response from ACT team except automatic emails, nodal officer and appellate officer as well. At least the local technician could’ve called and informed what’s the issue, lead time to resolve that would’ve felt better especially during work from home situations. Customer care is not reachable and not sure whom to contact next! Also, I need the refund for the days internet was down, still it’s not working but managed to post this message using mobile data. Kindly provide the direction to reach the solution.
