So, I contacted ACT customer care regarding a new connection on 20th December 2024. The agent sent me the plan details, and I selected a 3-month plan. He shared the documents checklist and the payment link, and I made the payment instantly around 9 AM today. He promised that the connection would be completed by 2 PM today itself.
The agent, whose name is DAIVIK GOWDA from Bangalore, with contact number 8792486903, assured me of timely service. However, when I called for an update after 2 PM, he blocked my number and also on WhatsApp.
I tried reaching customer care multiple times, but they kept disconnecting my calls. I have made around 5 to 10 calls, yet the issue remains unresolved, and I have not received a refund either. I now want legal action to be taken against Daivik Gowda for the inconvenience caused.
It was crucial for me to get the connection done today, 20th December 2024, as promised while making the payment promptly. However, despite his assurance, there has been no resolution, and nobody from the team has bothered about the service.
I am attaching the screenshots of the payment, WhatsApp chat, and recordings of the customer care agents showing how they disconnected my calls without providing any resolution.
