Text of Complaint by Phuleshe:

Recharged the account, tataplay has received the amount, and yet my tata play shows zero balance. It’s been two days since I have re charged it. Cold a customer card first one said problem will be resolved within two hours. Nothing happened called customer care again and was told will immediately resolve the issue. After 5hrs received a call from tataplay and was told it will take 7 days for the issue to be resolved. Are the tataplay customer care service frauds or is tata play scamming?
