i purchased one AC from flipkart on 16th May 2020. Its promised installation date was 23rd may 2020 by flipkart but flipkart unable to install that yet. When i raised multiple complaints about this then on 30th May 2020, flipkart blocked my account by saying multiple returns found in your account although the products that i ordered are non-returnable so how come this possible. Now comes to original issue of AC, flipkart customer care told till that account is blocked they cannot help me with the complaint against AC. This kind of response from Flipkart clearly saying that when customer raises his voice against false promises then flipkart will block customer’s account to close his voice. Flipkart team is not helping me for the procedure to unblock my account.
