my complaint is regarding the blocking of my account by Flipkart. My account has been blocked by Flipkart without by prior intimation. After many complaints and raising of queries it was informed to me that there are unusual high Returns in my
account die to which the account is
blocked.
It is to submit that the Returns in my account is in account of mistake on the part of seller or Flipkart. My reason for return
was only due to incorrect product ,missing product, size issue. Also
whenever the return was requested at the
Flipkart they was cancel my return request and i try many times then at the last my account has been blocked
I further submit that the last return request was placed for spykar men white solid shirt price 2199. I ordered spykar men white solid shirt size small instead I received large size which is altogether different item. afterthat i ordered jack and jones jeans then the product was missing in the package.
This was the reason i raised the complaint at Flipkart. Earlier I raised the return request which was later cancelled by the
Flipkart and they informed me that seller is unable to provide return and thus the product can be Picked up for return with refund and accordingly return request
was placed. After placing the return request the return was automatically cancelled by
courier team as informed to me by Flipkart. This is completely ridiculous on part of flipkart.
Afterthat i tried many times to call customer care there are no response regarding my issue.
I am using my Flipkart account since more than four years. Also I would like to inform you that I have more than 1200 supercoins earned in my account. Also there is wallet balance of more than Rs 1000 in my account. Multiple times the complaint is raised at Flipkart support through calls as also email but no solution received till date.
I thus request your forum to intervene in the same and get my account unblock with all the benefits.
