Snapdeal has blocked my account. When I contacted them, they informed me that my account has been blocked because the product return ratio was very high on my account.
This is quite an unpleasant surprise as well as a shock to me!
I haven’t placed any orders with Snapdeal since the year 2016.
Also, I am sure that I would have hardly returned 1 out of 10 orders received by me between 2010 and 2016. This means that if I received 50 orders during this period, I would not have returned more than 5 orders. These returns would also have been done due to some quality related issues only.
Snapdeal cannot block anyone’s account without giving a valid reason.
I am an active customer of Flipkart, Amazon, Myntra, etc to name a few and have never experienced such a trouble with any of them.
Please help me to get my account unblocked. Thanks.
