Dear sir/mam
My friends flipkart account is blocked without a proper reason.
he has only 2 or 3 items that was properly delivered and then he ordered a blue star ac but the problem he faced was that the remoteof that ac was missing from the package. The remote was also not available in the market so he decided to return the ac to get a replacement. His return request was approved properly but after 2 days it was automatically cancelled by flipkart. Again he called customer care about returning the order but the return request was approved and automatically cancelled several times and his account was blocked giving a improper reason of high no. of return requests but that requests were made for that same order.
So kindly cross check the account because it was a system mistake that the account was blocked and unblock asap.his account details are as follows
