I have ordered a product from Amazon India on 02/12/2020
The amazon account that I used to order the particular product is no longer in use by me hence I do not recollect the email ID used on that account. Now I require a copy of the invoice of the product to claim the warranty of the product and I have the order ID and invoice details as well but they are not able to provide access to my account unless I recollect the email ID used on the particular account.
