Dear Sir
This inform you that, I have purchased one Air Conditioner (1.5 T Capacity, make-MarQ) from your flipkart website on 24.03.2022 At the time of purchase, installation date was intimated as 2nd April’ 2022 , however with rigorous follow up with the agency, the AC was finally installed on 07.04.2022.
After installation of the AC in the Morning, the AC was running. However, as there was no need, it was stopped. During Evening, after few time an error was displayed and AC stopped working. I immediately lodged the complaint on 08.04.2022 in this respect on your website under your return policy within 10 days, which was also accepted by Flipkart. (Refer attachment)
After that, A Technician visited our house and also informed that there is some error and the Units needs to be replaced. Next day, a person visited our house to pick up the Unit, but he didn’t picked the AC , as it was not uninstalled at that time. Again, we followed up with agency, wherein it was informed to me that Technician will come next day for uninstallation of AC and subsequently it will be taken back by Pick up Van and the issue will be resolved by 15th April’ 2022.
I am shocked to state that, when, I checked the status of return on 15th April’ 2022, a message was displayed as Request cancelled by Seller. As known to you, your product is mal-functioning and is faulty and as per your Policy, it needs to be picked up from house and immediate refund of Rs.32409/- may be given to me, latest by 18th Apr’2022.
It may be noted that as requested, if refund of Rs.32409/- is not received by 18th April (Evening), then, I will be left with no other option but to file a complaint against you in the Consumer Forum. All the litigation expenses in this respect shall also be to your account.
