I have purchased a LG split AC dated 2nd May from Flipkart.
Also availed a paid installation service. After sending several reminders installation guys has reached by 10th May.
Technician charged around 5000 rs as a installation charges as he need to install some extra pipes that’s perfectly fine.
After installation of the AC he left from my house saying everything is working fine you can now use the AC.
Within 2 days of installation my AC stopped working there is no cooling at all.
I have logged a complaint to flip cart to resolve this issue. They have logged a complaint have waited for whole 2 weeks no one has arrived.
I again logged the same complaint again and again now whole month has over issue is still persist my AC is not working no technicians is visiting to resolve the issue, I have requested Flipkart to return this product if you where unable to resolve this they refused to return. Don’t know what to do i have spent around 40000 in AC my emi has also started but I am unable to use my AC.
Request you to resolve my issue ASAP.
