Text of Complaint by Prince Rathore:

I had file complaint regarding my power cut due to some unknown reason at JVVNL helpline at 5:19. I got a reply that the problem would be solved ASAP. After trying for more than 9 hours, visiting the office and calling again for complaint, I got reply in abusive language from one of the employee ‘Vicky’ and when I tried to visit the JVVNL office which is supposed to be open 24 hours at Durgapura, all the employees were sleeping and the gates were closed from outside. I was about to be suppressed by the employees sleeping over there.
