I Priya nayak ordered a thing from Meesho, I got a text from meesho that they assigned Xpressbees for the delivery of my parcel. Xpressbees assigned a delivery guy name Mr. Mohan Kumar Mahto(+91 6205598209). I gave proper address and also my house number in that address.
The incident occurred today(01/10/2022) first he called me around 7am which is not the usual time of delivery, then he called me at afternoon when he came at my delivery place i was failed to pick the call as i was sleeping . He called me three times but when i was unable to reach from his side he started chaos and started abusing me in front of my family the statement was”pata nahi kisse busy rehti hai jo phone nahi uthati , kaha batiya rahi hai subah se , mera kaam ni hai baar baar delivery karna” and also abuses my family(my mother,aunt,& sister) which was there at that time. He also mentioned rudely about complaining against him as he is very tired of his job and doesn’t care whichever way it goes. He is surely ruining xpressbees reputation.
I hope you will take action against him, and want this complaint to be addressed.
