delivery executive behaviour is very rude and doesn’t know the manner to talk with the customer, throughout the phone call talks more than 10 mnts not ready to listen to the instructions to deliver the product, instead blaming me over the phone call that to with conference with another guy, doesn’t follow the customer guidline.address n land mark is clear, not even reach near the building, asking us collecting from main road during rainy evening, what if are not in the house,have to take a leave to get our product as per the delivery executive, Delivery executive name : Raju putta Swami Gowda pH no: 7760385101company : XPressbees, he was in a conference call with delevery executive talking worst n scolding me he was wait for more 1 hour, I was in the location just 5 mnts before. He talks with me high poch voice & scolded me like “your not eligible to get the product” refused to deliver the product.
