I ordered pizza from Dominos via Zomato on 7th of February at 7.26 pm. Received a call from Domino’s end saying that the order will be delayed due to bad weather. I agreed and told them that’s not an issue.
After another half an hour, I received a call again saying that the delivery executive was not able to reach my society due to traffic. So, I asked them to cancel the order then.
They said, the order has been cancelled and the refund will be issued within the next 7-10 days. Since then, I’ve been contacting Zomato, who asked me to consult Dominos directly as they do not entertain queries related to Dominos. Dominos told me that they have already initiated the refund so I can check the same with the bank.
I contacted the bank, they asked me to check with Zomato but they didn’t care enough to talk to me properly even. In fact, they told me that the order has been delivered. So, I asked them to consult Dominos regarding the same but they refused to do that even.
Please find the screenshots attached showcasing the worst customer experience I’ve ever had and this is not the first time when this has happened.
