I ordered for 4 curtains of coffee colour with order id 40238612586981157 on dated 11.07.2023. In which I received on two curtains of purple colour. I placed return order for the same. Meanwhile I also returned 2 white curtains of 9 ft with order I’d 40227886945303503 the pickup boy has dispatched the both order to that seller who delivered wrong items( 2 purple curtains instead of 4 coffee colour curtains). Now that pick up boy is not responding. I want my refund of Rs. 790/- from Amzon as the product was not wrongly delivered and the to block the seller account as he didn’t send back the item which wrongly shipped by the pickup boy to him.
