Today I have received call from Vodafone tellicaller . First lady called me straight she asked for payment, no verification nothing , no hi no hello no greetings. Later I spoke with supervisor his name was Rakesh when I giving feedback he was also very casual and very arrogant later he also used profanity on call on customer.
