Recently I went to Vmart for some shopping in Purnea district after bus stand there is a Vmart shopping centre ,In Vmart they are not providing free paper bag They are charging Rs 3 for a small paperbag even though they are endorsing their brand on the bag then why we should pay for the bag,Recently I read how bata had to pay rs 9000 fine because of the same reason
