I booked my train ticket from amazon.
Train was 8 hours late.
So I wanted to file TDR as irctc rules
& rule is i have to file my TDR from platform where i booked ticket my ticket.
So I tried filing my TDR from amazon but it was unsuccessful
So I called amazon and explain them situation that i was not able to file my TDR.
So they told me that they are cancelling my ticket & give me full refund ( i do not have to file my TDR)
Now I tried contacting amazon & they told me to contact irctc & i did contact irctc & they told me to contact amazon
& now i have only received 1090 rupees as refund my total amount of booking was 2216.10
