I booked ticket from paytm in february 2019 from Delhi to Montreal . I know that jet airways suspended its operation on April 2019 after that i applied for refund at customer care of PAYTM. I followed him many times but dont get any digest answers. This is the money of common man i request you to take strict action on PAYTM. Atlease it is the duty of paytm to notify its customers that what is the status of refund
