I was trying booking one ticket on 14Mar 2020 and travel date 21march 2020 but due to connectivity transaction has FAILED.i have complain in IRCTC around 5to 6time but they told your refund allarady prose’s but still amount has not been credited in my account. Not your customer care executive told we can’t do any think u contact ur bank .I m mentioning all detail below.
