I did porting process 11 march 2019, and then on suggesstion of their customer care executive i did a recharge 82 on safety that it won’t get stuck due to any kind of due payment although my bill at that time was 0. Now they sent me this message (Hello! Your Porting Request AG527447 dated 11Mar19 has been rejected due to The Porting Code does not match the Donor allocated Porting Code for this number..Request you to call our customer care at 199 or walk in to our Stores for further action.) I called customer care they are saying that just send another port message.
