Hi,
I have bought a deal for KFC of 179 rupeees, where it stated that we receive 79 rupees cashback and 100 rupee off on movie tickets. I’ve not received any cashback and when I was trying to use the code to book a movie ticket, it says it has been already applied, which I didn’t. I also went to KFC to redeem the deal and the agent over there said it has been used already and it can’t be applied now. I had to pay the money for my order.
When I try to contact the PayTm customer service, they did not respond. This is very upsetting. I want someone to take action on this.
