Hello
Today I ordered food through Swiggy to Kanha restaurant. They send me some other thing.
I inform swiggy about this matter so they connect me on telephonic conversation with restaurant manager. The manager discuss the matter I say this is not that thing which I place the order this is another thing because I am eaten that thing from more then 30 years then he ask me that they are right and you are wrong.
Misbehaving with me even swiggy also
support him.
After that i send swiggy actual dishes pic which I bought from another place. After seen that they realize that I am right and they offered me to refund amount but I
didn’t except that.
I ask them Self respect is bigger than anything. I want apologie from restaurant. Not Money.
Swiggy chatting is already available and recording is also available about this matter.
Plz solve the issue and take actions because how they cheating to other people also.
