I have ordered a pencil box and paid money online. For continues 2 days I have received message and OTP that your product is out for delivery but nor a delivery person called me and when I tried to call him his phone was unreachable and in Meesho portal product was marked as delivered. Same day I raised a complaint with Meesho and their team said you will get resolution within 7 days after 2 days they mailed me that we can’t do anything because product was delivered and OTP was shared with delivery boy however delivery boy has never came nor called us and his phone is currently is out of coverage they provide they Fraud tracking link and there is no customer care support.
