I Buy the Marval Movie Pass for 4Person @799 on 28Feb 2019 from Paytm order no 7483192908. And try to redeem from book my show. but not shown and not successfull, After 2 time write on customer care in paytm web help, didn’t get any response. After that i try to buy ticket from Paytm movie then i got the promocod section i select the MoviePass. when click movie pass show successfull. Then I Pay the amount 1151.04 INR and order id is 7526541210. but not show the cation to put the code. After that i call the customer care. they said that this is your fault and not cancel the ticket and never give the monyback, or cashback.
This is serious and ridicules behavior of Paytm Service support.
