I had purchased a pair of shoes for me on 28 Oct and a pair of slippers for my father on 29 Oct through PAYTM, I purchased it as date of delivery mentioned was 3 Nov & still product not delivered and the purpose was to wear new shoes/ slippers on Diwali Occasion and thats why I purchased it but PAYTM has spoiled it and for this reason I need a compensation of Rs 2Lakh from PAYTM for spoiling our diwali festival by mentioning false date of delivery in their application so that product can be sold out.
Another Rs 2 Lakh fine must be imposed on PAYTM so that other companies can learn from this incidence so that these companies would think in future that not to play with sentiments of customers
