Hello.. On 28th sep 2020 i’ve ordered mobile name Samsung Galaxy M51 on that day firstly i have done payment through Dena Bank debit card which bank is now transfered to bank of baroda so now issue is that on that day payment was declined or cancelled so order can not placed but after 10 minutes money was deducted from my dena bank account, in that duration of 10 mins i have done another transaction through hdfc bank debit card because i have to purchase that mobile so that payment was succesfull & order  was placed but that mobile was in exchange offer so due to bad condition of my old mobile they can not accept my old mobile so they returned new piece which i have order & i get refund in my hdfc bank account on another day but first payment should not be refunded in my account which i have done through dena bank debit card. i have complaint many times in amazon about this issue they told me to contact your particular bank so i contact my bank and take statement of whole month in which its clearly showing that money was debited from account of amount 19,649 Rs on date 28/09/2020 but amazon denaying that we have not get any payment by your side..here i’m attaching whole statement from 1/09/2020 to 2/11/2020…in which it is clearly showing that amount should not be credited in our bank account so please solve this issue as soon as possible because whole month is passed but still we are complaining in amazon & bank but we can’t get better response from any side..
