I have not activated any value added services in vodaphone and was just keeping the sim.
They have deducted rs 7 on vDEO sharuk khan on 7th may which i have not accessed and rs 49 on 13th may saying thambola access.
I was shocked to see how they can put hands on a customers balance .
I hope the honourable court will look to this matter and will compensate the issue
