Respected sir / madam,
This is Hrudananda Mohanta.

i have purchased a Perfect Homes Burano Leatherette 3+1+1 Sofa set on dt.10.10.2023 .
Order ID – OD429381283435897100
But it was delivered a damage products . After that so many problem i have face to return it. Like – Updating the delivery dated before delivered. So many date extended to visits the technician, Pick up boy demanding box. but it was delivered without box. Now a long date given for pick up. initialization was done on 10th November , but till date the pick up ID has not generated.
By knowingly Flipkart harassing me in both Mentally and Economically .
As soon as possible take the necessary action.
 i am submitting the damage product photo graphs for your information.
