Dear Consumer Helpdesk,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to report an issue with a payment made to Axis Bank credit card via my MobiKwik wallet. Despite making the payment on 15th March, the amount has not been credited to the designated account yet. Therefore, I kindly request your assistance in investigating this matter and raising a dispute on my behalf.

Below are the relevant details regarding the transaction:

Payment Date: 15th March
Payment Method: MobiKwik Wallet
Recipient Bank: Axis Bank
Amount: Rs. 1041.25(net banking) + 61.75(money in wallet) = Rs. 1103

I have already confirmed with my MobiKwik wallet account that the transaction was successfully initiated and the funds were deducted from my wallet balance. However, upon checking with Axis Bank, they have confirmed that they have not received the payment.

To rectify this situation, I kindly request your help in conducting a thorough investigation into the matter. It would be greatly appreciated if you could liaise with both MobiKwik and Axis Bank to determine the cause of the delay and ensure that the payment is properly credited to the intended account.

Additionally, I would like to raise a dispute regarding this issue and request that all necessary steps be taken to resolve it promptly. Please keep me informed about the progress of the investigation and provide me with updates on any actions taken to resolve the matter.

Attached to this email, you will find the transaction details, including the payment confirmation from MobiKwik, which I believe will assist you in resolving this issue efficiently.
