I am using your services last 3 years. Just i received bill of May 21 its much more than avaerage bill. Then i checked and found ISD call and SMS. Please see ISD call duration is O eventhough chages will be applicable and I did not find any sms from my device to ISD.
Also always network issues( call dropping, internet stop,etc.) I already raise complaint but not yet resolved. So why should I serve you.
So I do not agree with BILL amount. Please check and review otherwise I will change services.
