I am in receipt of the duplicate bill for the month of September 2018. Though I confirm that I have not made the calls to the number “51717 and 53516” I observe some discrepancies in the bill in respect of the calls reportedly made on 04.09.2018, which are as under: –
- Call made at 18:57:20 hrs is for duration 30:10 minutes and charge Rs.420/=
- Call made at 18:57:30 hrs is for duration 30:10 minutes and charge Rs.420/=
- Call made at 19:27:20 hrs is for duration 30:10 minutes and charge Rs.420/=
- Call made at 19:27:30 hrs is for duration 30:10 minutes and charge Rs.420/=
- Call made at 19:57:20 hrs is for duration 30:10 minutes and charge Rs.420/=
- Call made at 19:57:30 hrs is for duration 30:10 minutes and charge Rs.420/=
- Call made at 20:27:20 hrs is for duration 30:10 minutes and charge Rs.420/=
- Call made at 20:27:30 hrs is for duration 30:10 minutes and charge Rs.420/=
In view of the above you are requested to justify as to how calls for 30 minutes 10 seconds duration can be done at a space of 10 seconds only. As such, you are requested to arrange for providing me with revised bill to enable me to make payment early.
