A CoD package was received by my family in my absence on October 22, 2020 through bluedart. The invoice had the details of a Diesel Men’s watch for Rs 1699 with Order ID NST21756 which apparently was ordered on October 19, 2020. Inside the package was a very cheaply packed Titan Watch.
No one in my known had ordered any watch at my address. Therefore my concern arises regarding the disclosure and usage of my address and contact details by the E-Commerce businesses without having it in my knowledge.
I demand my refund of rs 1699 which my family was duped into paying.
