My postpaid Vodafone mobile number 9999603134 sim was damaged when I was at Bangalore. Contacted a VODA store at Bangalore and received a new sim and was assured that it would be activated within 24 hours. I had obtained this sim at 5 30 PM on 23/01/2019. Tried to get information after 48 hours and was informed that the sim would be activated by 04/2/2019. Went again to the VODA store to enquire and was told that it would be imm3diately activated within next two hours. Apparently nothing is happening and I can not get the number activated. Is this the wash VODA treats its customers.
