Dear Team
I was miss guided by Airtel, I also try to contact Airtel customer care team and his nodal officer and appellate authority but they are not responding with us, even they are calling me any time and irritated me with stupid quotes, I have airtel postpaid number, i use his service Airtel secure , where i was paying to him every month, in the last month my Handset meet with an accident so i was apply for claim process, at the 20th Jun i apply for claim and my handset and document are already collected by his service provider One assist by the last of jun month, but i am still waiting for return my headset(Apple Iphone XR) with repair condition but they was miss guided me during claim process, as par Airtel secure service the total repairing cost is 39600Rs and they approve 26000 amount, but i already cross check before the submitting of claim, As par service center repair cost is approx 9000 Rs. And Airtel Secure team need 39600 Rs for repair this, and as par they because the repair cost was cross the 80% of product cost, so they need to provide 26000 Rs and retain my handset by self( not return to me). it mean i provide my handset with 26000 Rs but The actual cost is my handset is aprox 59000Rs, where is the gap. when Apple service center repair the same with 9000 Rs. Other than this i am very irritate with customer care and his other responding team, when i want to talk to him regarding this they need time every time and i was still waiting for solution. They have my handset with one month approx. I was wrote to every one like, airtel customer care , airtel nodal officer, Appellate authority, airtel secure team, they every one is Nill, In every 24 Hrs i receive the call from airtel secure team but they disconnect the call after one minute. there is more gap they are trying to irritate me and they need to i return my claim. I think everything is fraud and i want to challenge the airtel secure service, i have the proof to proof this is fraud. please provide the solution on this. When i was pay my bill every month one time but at time of service they are not responding, now i also file the complaint against Airtel with low Internate speed(get services 3G but paying bill with 4G), call drop problem, network issue. i will go till to supreme court if Airtel not responding with us.
