This is Sunil singh and complain is with regards to disconnection of service post porting request converted from postpaid service to prepaid service basis airtel customer service executive discussion and confirming bast plan and service assurance and since then payment for recharge is keeps on decline by airtel from all payment mode for mobile no 989222247 from last 1 month.
- Have complained also to airtel customer cervice they confirm that due to technical issue I am not able to make payment for recharge so I requested for resume incoming service till the time there technical issue get resolve airtel decline my request and give assurance that they will fix technical issued and resume service in 2 days by 20/02/1979. However did not received any confirmation on complain resolution and still my recharge payment is getting declined and I am not able to use connection and network and know one is able to contact me.
If airtel can not provide service thay should not have retained me for prepaid service from postpaid service during porting request.
Post registering complain with airtel got following message.
