Text of Complaint by Noyal Joy:

I have done a recharge of amount 511 rupees on 16.09.2018. But Vodafone is not providing the 4G data for this, I am getting 2G data only(Its not because of my phone settings or less network coverage) .You have clearly mentioned that its 4G data offer. I have contacted customer care many times regarding same and I did’t get any proper response. Then I visited the nearby Vodafone store and they have told its an issue from Vodafone’s database(This offer is marked as 2G in Vodafone database) and this will be resolve with in 4 hours. But the issue is not resolved even after 30 hours and I didn’t get any update from Vodafone’s side. Also, they are not connecting my calls to the customer care executive(I tried throgh 198,199, 9846098460). If I press 9 to talk to customer care executive, thy will  repeat the options again instead of connecting my call to the customer care executive.   Next,I am going to post a complaint in social media against Vodafone services.
