Dear Sir,
I was ordered 48 items in as mentioned in subject from Amazon on 18.07.2022 and out of that we have received only 1 item and remaining items 47 items are missing in packet delivered. I was talked with customer service desk but they not solved my problem even not ready to listen my side, talked with very rough launguage and disconnect call by saying that all products are delivered and we will not provide any return or refund. I was confirmed from delivery boy and and visited local amazon delivery office, they said that their was small packet of this order but how items are inside we don’t know.
I am regularly purchasing items from Amazon and this is happened with me first time since the begining.
I am attaching snaps of packet delivered and product which is delivered. You can look, how small packet azamon delivered and How is it possible to send 48 items in such a small packet?
