Hello team,

My name is Shabit Ali and I am Amazon customer since long. My concern is I have placed a order on 26 June which was supposed to deliver on 30 June which was not delivered. On 1 July I received a call from delivery boy that sir should I come on your given address to deliver, I told him yes please come but try to come after 1 hours as I am currently not available. Then he said no problem sir my shift will change in 1 hours so another delivery boy will come on same day. From that day to now no one came.

I called several times to your support staff however no one was helpful. Everytime they said you should wait and gave me a time line.

Fortunately, I got connected with Nikita on 4 July at around 10:30Am. She was very helpful and understanding. She said please do not worry I am going to email to local station to redeliver the product. She told me that if in case the redilvery will not work then I have a option to get the replacement for the same order. Please check the call  recording that she gave me commitment.

Unfortunately, the order is not delivered and got the message that the order is going for returning to sellor and I will received a refund.

I called again to Amazon support person name Saumesh said a different story that replacement is not possible. I asked him to please transfer me to any senior then he transfer me to the senior person named Robot S. He was very rude and unhelpful. He stated that it is company policy we will not give replacement.

Nikita told me it is possible and Rohit denied. I don’t know what is going on Amazon and there is communication and knowledge gap. Why all are not on same page.

My concern is when I placed this order there was some exchange offer bonos which was applied. Now, if you refund the amount and I place the order again the bonos offer is not for now.

This is the mistakes from Amazon and delivery team so why I am penalizing. I would request you to please stop initiating the refund and issue me a replacement for the same.
