Text of Complaint by Prakash Narasanagi:

Dear sir,
       Issue related Ordered washing machine on 18th of august 2020

– got delayed , and received a automated call stating that (on 20-25 Aug 2020)
– agent called and asked me to pickup the delivery myself from 50+km far courier office i refused (26 aug 2020, i complaint )
– delivery status updated from out for delivery without actual delivery (27 Aug 2020, i complaint )
– Agent asked to pickup myself i refused. then he brought machine in his small car, WAS NOT A PROPER DELIVERY. (28 AUG 2020)
– SAMSUNG installation guy opened the box it was damaged from front, back and malfunctioned during the demo. he raised the complaint from his end asked us to return it.(29 AUG 2020)
– Called the consumer service asked for the return and refund they refused said only replacement is possible (29 aug 2020)
– Called the consumer service and asked to initiate the replacement- estimated pickup within 3 september(30 aug 2020)
– Called the consumer service as there was no pickup . They told me that it was cancelled from the delivery agent . they re-initiated replacement assured next working day pickup (3 September 2020)
– Called the consumer service as there was no pickup. They told me that it was cancelled from the delivery agent . they re-initiated RETURN AND REFUND pickup assured next working day pickup (4 September 2020)
– Called the consumer service as there was no pickup. They told me no response delivery team . they escalated (level 1) the issue to delivery agent pickup assured next working day pickup(5 September 2020)
– Called the consumer service as there was no pickup. They told me no response delivery team . they escalated (level 2) the issue to delivery agent pickup assured next working day pickup(6 September 2020)
– Called the consumer service SUPERVISOR as there was no pickup. They told me that it POC escalated is done against delivery and NOC for advance refund .And i will response from POC and NOC team within 24-48 hrs (7 September 2020)
– Called the consumer service SUPERVISOR as there was no pickup. asked for POC and NOC status .And they told me no response wait till 9 sepember (8 September 2020)
– Called the consumer service SUPERVISOR as there was no pickup. asked for POC and NOC status .And they told me no response wait till evening for POC and NOC status and said to wait for 4 more days for pickup (9 September 2020)

– Called the consumer service SUPERVISOR as there was no pickup. asked for POC and NOC status .And they told me no response for POC and NOC status and they have escalated the issue and asked me to wait for 72 hrs to get the response on the escalation that is response of complaint of a complaint of a complaint. and said to wait for 4 more days for pickup (9 September 2020)
– Filed a complaint in Resolver.com . Got a response saying “It does not come under my team contact other team from call us option on amazon website.”. I was doing that only for the last 10days . I thought using Resolver will help but it was the same disappointment. (9 september 2020)

As I am a lower middle class person. I ordered this washing machine after saving for months. I am not a person who orders every month, only order when I have enough savings to buy something.And now me and my family are depressed and tensed about the fact that we have a broken machine for which we paid 32+k. For you guys it may not be much but for a middle class family it’s more than 1 person’s monthly income, please Think before doing this to us. you were one of the trusted services I had and now  i am so disappointed with you guys after this i have lost trust in them. I think I will think twice before ordering from you.

Please don’t make promises that you can’t keep next working days 24 hrs 48hrs they are just a way to postpone resolution until the consumer loses hope and gives up. I mailed you 10 times and got no response other than “Thanking for contacting”. i called you like more than 15 times and wasted almost 15hrs on my work life i.e 2 days salary

I am supposed to travel to Bangalore for work on the 7th and because of this drama i have to cancel my booking and i am stuck here. Because for middle class people that money is huge and we can’t ignore it until it is resolved.

please Don’t waste my time and my money. it matters to me

– I want you to give me a full refund. ( you can take the pickup whenever you have time it will be on my doorstep as i have to travel )
– File a complaint/ Internal Investigation on the delivery agent and the delivery manager at my pincode.
– File a complaint/ Internal Investigation on the NOC and POC for not giving responses at all.

– Compensation for the inconvenience caused to me.
I Hope at least you will help with this. and resolve it as soon as possible.
