There are 2 nos of Jio internet poles installed very close to our home compound overnight without any information. Recently there has been instances where the internet cabling rogues climb on our home compound without our permission and work on their installed poles. We have conveyed them very clearly that the compound wall is cracked and broken. Despite warning then several times there seems to turn deaf ears to our command and create ruckus climbing on these poles which is very close to our bedroom causing a serious privacy concern for us. On top of this, these cabling rogues behave very rude to our parents who are very much elderly couple. These rogues threaten is saying wherever your can go and compliant they can’t refrain from climbing our compound wall. I have raised this compliant in Namma Chennai app with no success. complaint asst engineer rejected my complaint with a note that the complaint is not in his jurisdiction of action and internet poles installation is with other department. Kindly route this with the concerned authorities to remove this pole which is really causing mental stress to our family members.
