- Hello sir I m Ankush and I have delivered a defect piece of product. And on the same day when I go on paytm site and click the option of return or replace nothing is happened, I have done 30 to 40 times but no option came out.
- Secondly when I call to paytm customer care , I was on hold for 50 minutes and no one picks up my phone , not one time almost 7 continues days that bloody phone no. Not answerable by any of them.
- Third when I send email to paytm care then they feel sorry and ask me to go at paytm site and click to return or replace option but how can I do that it is not even works
- So tell me today is 20th day and 7 days of that fucking policy is over so tell me what the hell I have to do that bloody product
