Text of Complaint by SAMEER KUMAR:

Very poor experience with my order.

1. Installation deadline keeps getting extended repeatedly with no action.
2. Paid for the product + EMI started, but order keeps getting auto-cancelled due to “delay”, then reshipped. It’s been 10+ days & still not shipped. New deadline: another 10 days.

Paying EMI for a product I haven’t received yet. Requesting immediate resolution or refund.

Please help.
